Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags—including our signature pixel-art tags—remain attached.
Ship It Back
Securely seal your package, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Level Up Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
